The Board of Directors has 25 members, of whom eight are elected by the Folketing (Parliament) from among its members, and two are appointed by the Minister for Business and Growth. The other 15 members, who must have in-depth knowledge of business conditions, are elected by the Board of Directors and should represent different geographical areas and professions, including wage-earners. Meetings are normally held once in each quarter. The Board of Directors has organisational tasks and must approve the annual accounts.
