The Committee of Directors has seven members. The two members of the Board of Directors appointed by the Minister for Business and Growth are permanent members. On the election of the other five members of the Committee of Directors, it is customary for the Board of Directors to elect two MPs representing, i. e. one is appointed by the government and one is appointed by the opposition. The Committee of Directors usually meets teen times a year.
The Committee of Directors has organisational and administrative tasks and must approve the Annual Accounts of Danmarks Nationalbank.
